About

I am Tracey Ellis, an accredited Positive Psychology Coach with nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare, leadership and supporting people through periods of uncertainty and change.I know what it is like to build a successful career, carry significant responsibility and then begin to question whether the life you have worked so hard to create still feels right. After experiencing burnout myself, I began to think differently about work, success and what I wanted from the next stage of my life. That experience now shapes the way I coach.I understand that career change in midlife is rarely simple. Your work may be connected to your income, identity, family, confidence and sense of purpose. You may not want to walk away from everything you have built, but you may also know that something needs to change. How I can help?I offer a calm, confidential space to step back and think clearly about what comes next.Together, we can explore:- what is no longer working
- what you still value about your career
- what is draining your energy
- the fears or responsibilities keeping you stuck
- how your skills and experience could be used differently
- whether you want to stay, reshape your role or transition out of your role
- the practical steps that could help you move forwardI will not tell you to resign or push you towards a dramatic decision. My role is to help you understand what you want, recognise the choices available to you and create a direction that feels realistic, sustainable and right for your life.My approachMy coaching is warm, thoughtful and practical. You do not need to arrive with a clear plan. You only need to know that you do not want to continue exactly as you are.Email [email protected] to request a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory call. This is an informal conversation where you can tell me a little about what is happening, ask questions and decide whether one-to-one coaching feels right for you.
